Scope The scope includes: Rostered guarding Mobile patrols Alarm and CCTV monitoring Incident response Access control support Lock-up and unlock services Event security Emergency response support Security escorts Reporting of security, safety and welfare concerns Contractor Requirements Provision of a reliable, trained and licensed workforce capable of operating in a busy university environment Ability to provide a visible and responsive security presence Professional engagement with students, staff, visitors and the public Sound judgement and collaborative working with University staff and relevant operational teams Strong transition planning Consistent reporting Effective contract management Appropriate uniforms and PPE Ability to support both day-to-day security operations and emergency preparedness requirements
