About this tender
Overview Massey University is seeking a supplier to design, supply, install, test, certify, provide warranty for and support Audio-Visual (AV) technology and related physical infrastructure across its three campuses. Purpose The outcome of the procurement is to identify a single national supplier who can provide the services outlined at each of the Massey campuses (Auckland, Manawatu, and Wellington). However, Massey University reserves the right to appoint one or more suppliers, including on a campus-by-campus basis, where this represents the best overall procurement outcome. Scope The scope includes: Design of Audio-Visual (AV) technology solutions Supply of AV technology and associated physical infrastructure, including lecterns, sensors, microphones, document scanners, controllers and display equipment Installation of AV technology and physical infrastructure Testing and certification of installed AV technology Provision of warranty for supplied AV technology Ongoing support of AV technology across Massey's three campuses (Auckland, Manawatu, and Wellington) Contractor Requirements Delivery of services must conform to strict technical standards and documentation requirements provided by Massey University
