Ashburton District Council (ADC) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the demolition of Balmoral Hall, located at Cameron Street, Ashburton. The scope of this project includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure and all associated foundations, isolation and capping of site infrastructure, and the removal of all demolition debris from the site.
