Overview Nelson City Council is seeking a contractor to carry out physical works to renew and upgrade the existing gravity wastewater network and Swallow Main on Parere Street, Nelson, between St Vincent Street and Vanguard Street. Purpose Both pipelines are nearing the end of their design lives, increasing the risk of asset failure. The existing road is in poor condition and requires renewal.
