Tenders are invited to submit a proposal for the Carrington Park Upgrade SP1A – Play Space. The Buyer is seeking to engage an experienced firm with a proven track record of delivering exceptional workmanship and strong value for money in playground upgrades and play space installations. A company with extensive experience in park and playground upgrades, supported by key personnel who have successfully delivered similar projects and are familiar with the specified products. We value firms with a strong track record in play space upgrades and installations, particularly those with proven experience in the Wairarapa region and projects of a similar scale. Positive referee feedback on the company, Construction Manager, and Construction Supervisor is also essential. Installation methodologies, quality assurance and risk management, and a detailed construction programme are also important to the Buyer. We will value companies that actively support the Wairarapa community through subcontracting, employment, training opportunities, and contributions to local charities, schools, clubs, and community initiatives Contact: Johannes Ferreira - ferreirajohannes@outlook.com
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
