About this tender
Overview The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) has issued early notice of an upcoming procurement activity for a Constructive Simulation Software Solution, in addition to its recently released indicative future procurement pipeline. Purpose NZDF is seeking market information on Constructive Simulation Software Solutions capable of supporting its current Army collective training requirement, while providing scalability and flexibility to meet future capability demands. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a Constructive Simulation Software Solution supporting Army collective training requirements Interoperability with partner nations and coalition training environments Support through enterprise licensing, maintenance and support arrangements Instructions to Tenderers NZDF intends to release an open Registration of Interest (ROI) in the coming weeks, with shortlisted applicants invited to participate in a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) in Q2 2027.
