Overview The Director-General of the Department of Conservation is seeking Registrations of Interest from suppliers with the capacity and capability to provide a Project and Programme Management System (PPM). Scope Provision of a Project and Programme Management System (PPM) Contractor Requirements Respondents must meet the following pre-conditions: Public-sector reference ability: the proposed solution must be in active use by at least two comparable public-sector organisations (New Zealand or equivalent overseas jurisdictions), demonstrating enterprise-scale deployment and operational maturity SaaS solution: the proposed solution must be offered as SaaS Security: the proposed SaaS solution must comply with New Zealand Government security requirements, including the Protective Security Requirements (PSR) and the New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) Instructions to Tenderers All communication regarding this opportunity must be directed through GETS.
