Scope The scope includes: Site wide upgrades as outlined in the drawings provided A combination of electrical, plumbing, roofing and lifecycle replacement works Phasing of works to be agreed with the school, with the initial proposed phasing shown in the design documentation Contract Terms and Conditions The contract is a Medium Works Contract The school can free up 3 classrooms at a time for the works A known constraint is that the school stays in use throughout the works Instructions to Tenderers The Principal strongly prefers responses with no tags on the contract, drawings or specification.
