Overview The Ministry for Primary Industries (NZ) is seeking credible supplier(s) to provide forestry operations and management services for forests located in the South Island, covering the Otago and Canterbury regions. Scope The scope includes: Planning, consenting, sourcing and managing the necessary resources required to complete all Tree Crop forest operations Fire and protection services Administration services Miscellaneous services as required Harvest management services for Hikawaikura Forest (Canterbury) Contractor Requirements Demonstrated capability, experience and infrastructure to develop and manage a commercial plantation forest which meets the objectives of the Forestry Right and Lease Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Suppliers will have the opportunity to register for an MPI facilitated forest site visit to support response development.
