Graduation Gowns and Gowning Items

Overview Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWoA) is seeking a provider to supply graduation gowns and gowning items. TWoA is one of three recognised Wānanga, being New Zealand Tertiary Education Institutions that deliver educational programmes and opportunities within a Māori environment in accordance with the Education and Training Act 2020 (the Act). About Te Wānanga o Aotearoa consists of three Takiwā (regions) across New Zealand and operates from over 80 sites throughout the country. The location of these sites can be viewed on the Te Wānanga o Aotearoa website. Te Wānanga o Aotearoa Head Office functions are centralised in Te Awamutu and Hamilton. The Takiwā are split into the following groups: Te Ihu Takiwā Te Waenga Takiwā Te Kei Takiwā Purpose TWoA is looking for a provider who can provide each takiwā with its own complete set of gowns and graduation items, which will improve flexibility in scheduling ceremonies and create a consistent graduation experience for tauira (students) nationwide. Scope The scope includes: Supply of a complete set of gowns and graduation items for each takiwā Design printing of the gowns and gowning items Instructions to Tenderers Further details on this opportunity are provided in the RFP document.
