About this tender
Overview Christchurch City Council is seeking a single supplier to provide a comprehensive Health and Wellbeing Support Service for employees and their immediate household members. This RFP process is intended to obtain sufficiently detailed information from respondents about their organisations and their ability to provide the Services, enabling the Council to select and appoint a Supplier. Scope The scope includes: Confidential counselling and psychological support Critical incident response 24/7 access to support Referral pathways for ongoing care Culturally responsive services including Rongoa Māori Support for diverse communities Wellbeing resources and digital platforms Utilisation reporting and insights Ability to scale services during periods of increased demand The successful supplier will be expected to provide the full range of services as an integrated offering and act as Council's primary provider for employee health and wellbeing support.
