Overview Horizons Regional Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified operator to deliver public transport services for the Horowhenua region. The focus of these services is regional connection between communities, rather than an urban service. Purpose This is an opportunity to provide essential regional connections to communities within the Horowhenua region. Public transport is becoming more important as the region responds to the challenges of growth, climate change and the current cost of living.
