About this tender

Overview Wellington City Council is seeking a Project Management provider (Consultant / Provider) to deliver end-to-end project oversight and coordination across nine housing sites as part of the HUP2 T3 Standalone Houses Upgrades. The Provider will also deliver Engineer's Representative (ER) services under NZS 3910 and will act as the primary interface between the client, design teams, and contractors. Scope The scope includes: End-to-end project management oversight and coordination across all nine housing sites outlined in the RFP document Engineer's Representative (ER) services under NZS 3910, including contract administration, monitoring, and certification on behalf of the Principal Acting as the primary interface between the client, design teams, and contractors Ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget Eligibility This is a single-step secondary procurement process limited to Providers appointed to the All-of-Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, service category: Project Management. Contractor Requirements Key personnel must be based in the Wellington region.
