Overview The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (NZ) is seeking to procure a supplier or consortium to design and implement the Kiribati–New Zealand Health Sector Support Programme, a strategic health investment in Kiribati with an estimated value of $16 million over seven years (2026–2033). About The Programme is expected to adopt a multi-modality and multi-partner approach, leveraging regional health programmes and partnerships and strengthening the partnership between Kiribati and New Zealand. It will have a primary focus on reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCAH) and the prevention and management of Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs). It will align with the Kiribati National Health Strategic Plan 2024–2027, the Kiribati RMNCAH Strategy 2022–2027, and relevant Pacific regional frameworks, including the Pacific Leaders Gender Equality Declaration and the 2050 Strategy for the Blue Pacific.
