Advance Notice - Upcoming Tender Opportunities Kia ora tātou katoa, New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is providing advance notice to the market of upcoming procurement opportunities for the lease and operation of campground facilities within the district. NPDC intends to release Requests for Proposal (RFPs) seeking experienced and capable operators to manage and operate: • Onaero Camping Ground (Lease Opportunity) • Waitara Campground (Lease Opportunity) NPDC is seeking operators who can demonstrate proven experience in campground or tourism-related operations, strong operational capability, and the ability to work collaboratively with Council and mana whenua. A commitment to delivering high-quality service, maintaining assets, and achieving positive long-term outcomes will be essential. We are calling on interested lessees with relevant expertise to prepare for this upcoming opportunity to register on the etender portal.
