NPDC intends to release Requests for Proposal (RFPs) seeking experienced and capable operators to manage and operate: • Onaero Camping Ground (Lease Opportunity) • Waitara Campground (Lease Opportunity) NPDC is seeking operators who can demonstrate proven experience in campground or tourism-related operations, strong operational capability, and the ability to work collaboratively with Council and mana whenua. A commitment to delivering high-quality service, maintaining assets, and achieving positive long-term outcomes will be essential. We are calling on interested lessees with relevant expertise to prepare for this upcoming opportunity to register on the etender portal.
