About this tender
Overview Horowhenua District Council is seeking expressions of interest from groups and organisations wishing to have a stall at Age on the Go 2026, an event connecting older people in the district with services, support organisations, activities and products that help them live well and stay connected. About Age on the Go is an annual expo held by Horowhenua District Council. As part of He Hapori Pakari, Strong Communities, the Council's Community Wellbeing Strategy, the vision is to help older people in Horowhenua feel empowered to make informed choices and live their best lives. Age on the Go is one of the ways the Council works toward that goal. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a stall space at Age on the Go 2026 for the purpose of promoting an organisation, raising awareness of services, or connecting with the older community Each stall space is approximately 1.8m x 2m and includes one table and two chairs Stallholders are asked to bring any additional equipment they require Eligibility Stall spaces are free for voluntary and not-for-profit groups A $100.00 (incl. GST) fee applies for government funded organisations, businesses and commercial operations, and must be paid prior to the event How to Apply Stallholders can register via the Age on the Go Stallholder Registration Form. Registrations close 10am Friday 25 September 2026, or earlier if spaces fill up. To be added to the mailing list for future Age on the Go events, email events@horowhenua.govt.nz.
