About this tender

Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Block 2, 7, 8 and 9 at Glenbervie School. About This project forms part of the school's current 10-Year Property Plan. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of joinery Replacement of doors Replacement of wall lining Replacement of flooring Replacement of plumbing Replacement of lighting Replacement of hardware Multiple trades will be involved in the works, and these will need to be managed well to complete the project within the required timeframe. Contract Terms and Conditions Works must be completed during the Summer Term Break, from December 2026 to February 2027
