About The existing crib retaining wall at Pakuranga College was constructed in the 1970s and has since experienced partial failures, displacement, rotation, loss of retained material, voiding and cracking. Purpose The outcome sought is a permanent retaining solution that replaces the failed crib wall, supports the retained bank, and manages construction risks to adjacent school buildings and occupants.
