About this tender
Overview Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is seeking proposals for the print and supply of its Topographic Maps, Nautical Charts, the New Zealand Nautical Almanac, and other associated print services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) relates to the purchase of end to end Print Management and Associated services for LINZ's authoritative printed products. Scope The scope includes: Printing and supply of Topographic maps Printing and supply of Nautical charts Printing and supply of the Nautical Almanac (annual publication) Quality assurance of printed products Provision of a customer and retailer ordering portal Distribution coordination Invoicing services Account management services Supply of the products to Crown Agencies, retailers, and the public Instructions to Tenderers Responses must be submitted to the Point of Contact identified in the RFP.
