About this tender
Overview The Ministry for Primary Industries (NZ) is seeking experienced suppliers to join a panel of MPI preferred suppliers for Privacy Associated Services (the "Panel"), to provide privacy services required within MPI. Scope The scope includes: Supporting various enterprise projects with Privacy by Design advisory Privacy impact and risk assurance Associated privacy services Supporting the internal MPI Privacy team's privacy officer duties Contractor Requirements Panel suppliers must be New Zealand based, as some work will require access to MPI data and devices, and having a presence in New Zealand is a must Strong experience in and understanding of New Zealand privacy law in theory and in practice Demonstrable experience of privacy-by-design in practice Timely and accurate delivery of privacy assessments Development of fit-for-purpose guidance and provision of training Handling privacy-related information access requests Experience with personal information sharing frameworks and mechanisms Prompt and effective incident and complaints management and breach response
