Overview On behalf of the Nayland College Board of Trustees, the Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the Block F upgrades at Nayland College. Scope Upgrade works to Block F at Nayland College Contract Terms and Conditions The programme for the works will be discussed and agreed with the preferred tenderer The works are to be completed during Term 4 and completed in Term 1 2027 Sequencing and decant will need to be agreed with the Principal, with the works programme in mind Instructions to Tenderers Refer to the RFT for more information Refer to all attached tender documents in your pricing The school's preference is for the works to be undertaken as soon as practical, subject to the tender evaluation and contract award process Site Inspection Site visits are by prior arrangement only.
