About this tender
Overview This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent supplier to provide the scope of services described below for Napier City Council. Purpose The purpose is to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, support, and enhancement services for Napier City Council's public space CCTV network and associated monitoring equipment, to ensure the network remains reliable, operational, and fit for purpose. Scope The scope includes: Preventative maintenance of the public space CCTV network and associated monitoring equipment Reactive maintenance of the public space CCTV network and associated monitoring equipment Remote monitoring and configuration of the CCTV network Fault repairs to the CCTV network and associated monitoring equipment Supply, installation, and replacement of CCTV cameras and related equipment Instructions to Tenderers Further details on the scope of services are provided in Section 5 of the tender documents.
