New Zealand Telecommunications Relay Service

Overview The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (NZ) is undertaking a procurement process to identify a supplier or suppliers capable of delivering telecommunications relay services for people who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing, experiencing hearing loss, or have speech impairments. Objectives The objective of this procurement is to establish contractual arrangements that support the ongoing delivery of accessible, reliable and effective relay services, enabling equitable access to telecommunications and communication parity with hearing users.
