Overview The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is publishing this Advance Notice for an upcoming procurement opportunity relating to the relocation of its Wellington head office to new premises within the Wellington CBD. NZQA is currently planning for a relocation in February 2027 and is seeking to raise market awareness of an anticipated requirement for commercial office relocation services and associated support activities. Scope Services may include, but are not limited to: Project planning and coordination Packing and unpacking services Furniture, equipment and asset relocation Specialist moving services Temporary storage solutions Other related services necessary to support the successful transition to NZQA's new workplace Instructions to Tenderers NZQA anticipates conducting a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) process at a later date. NZQA may use information provided in response to this Advance Notice, together with its knowledge of the market, to identify suppliers that may be invited to participate in that process. Suppliers wishing to be notified of future communications relating to this opportunity may express their interest by email to procurement@nzqa.govt.nz with the subject line "GETS Ref ID: 34970367 | NZQA Office Relocation Services".
