The works that are required include design and build of a 3m x 3m safe public viewing platform at the erstwhile location of the Rotary Lookout tower at the Rose Garden, Te Awamutu and two 6.0m x 1.2m foot bridges in the Addison Kingsley Reserve, Cambridge.
