About this tender
Overview The Department of Internal Affairs is inviting proposals for a replacement of its existing Digital Child Exploitation Filtering System (DCEFS) platform, which is reaching end of life. About The Digital Safety & Investigation group within the Department of Internal Affairs works to keep New Zealanders safe from online harms, including unsolicited contact, and to protect New Zealanders from objectionable material and exploitation. These activities contribute to the Department's strategic outcome that "Iwi, hapū and communities across New Zealand are safe, resilient and thriving". Purpose The intended solution will support the Department in preventing access to illegal and harmful online content, protecting vulnerable users, and maintaining public trust in New Zealand's digital environment.
