About this tender
Overview Horizons Regional Council is seeking proposals from experienced helicopter operators to join a preferred supplier panel for aerial pest plant survey and control services. This procurement will be run as a single-stage open RFP process. Purpose Horizons will use the responses to this RFP to evaluate suppliers to establish a panel of suitably qualified helicopter companies with the capability, capacity, equipment and experience to undertake technical pest plant survey and control works across the project areas. Scope The scope includes: Aerial pest plant survey and control services Old man's beard control in the Ruahine Joint Project area, including Ruahine Forest Park and associated buffer areas Pest conifer survey and control in the Horizons portion of the Central North Island Management Units Contractor Requirements Capability, capacity, equipment and experience to undertake technical pest plant survey and control works across the project areas
