About this tender
Overview Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora), Northern Region (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of roofing projects and maintenance services for its planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and projects requirements. About The Principal consists of: Auckland, its hospital campuses and community facilities Counties Manukau, its hospital campuses and community facilities Northland, its hospital campuses and community facilities Waitematā, its hospital campuses and community facilities The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities. These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, and shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff. Scope The scope includes: Roofing projects and maintenance services Planned preventative maintenance Reactive maintenance Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of roofing projects and maintenance services Must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be appointed as a panel member Instructions to Tenderers The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Health New Zealand's Northern Region hospitals and their community facilities.
