Overview Lincoln University is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of Ivey Hall, which houses the Learning, Teaching and Library Business Unit. Objectives The key objective of this procurement is to refurbish and reconfigure Ivey Hall spaces, office areas, staff and student support spaces, study and meeting spaces, university library collections and amenities to provide a modern, fit-for-purpose facility, while the building remains operational throughout the works. Scope The scope includes: Early enabling and decant works at Hudson Main contract works to refurbish and reconfigure Ivey Hall Contract Terms and Conditions Early enabling and decant works at Hudson to commence under a Letter of Intent from 16 November 2026 Main contract commencing 3 December 2026 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Interested suppliers must register for the site visit and briefing via GETS.
