Overview New Zealand Customs Service is seeking a supplier to provide high-quality endoscope/video inspection camera systems to support border inspection activities. Customs anticipates the potential purchase of units for deployment across Auckland and regional operational locations. Scope The scope includes: Supply of endoscope/video inspection camera systems to enable officers to inspect difficult-to-access and concealed areas within containers and other cargo environments, including door cavities, floor spaces and structural compartments Provision of equipment that delivers clear and reliable imaging and supports efficient and targeted inspections Provision of warranty, technical support, training and ongoing servicing arrangements Contractor Requirements Equipment must be robust and practical for operational use Instructions to Tenderers To ensure all communications are managed consistently, please direct any questions through the GETS system.
