Overview On behalf of Waimea Intermediate School, Onus Projects Ltd is calling for tenders from main contractors for the design, supply, and installation of a covered outdoor learning canopy at Waimea Intermediate School, Nelson. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, and installation of a covered outdoor learning canopy, approximately 1,047m², over the school's internal courtyard area Contract Terms and Conditions Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted Works are not restricted to school holiday periods Practical completion is required prior to 20th January 2028 Works can commence on site as early as December 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, consent, and contractor availability Instructions to Tenderers RFT submissions must be submitted via GETS direct Intended contract award (indicative): 29th October 2026 Please refer to the additional tender documents for further information Site Inspection Site visits are by appointment only.
