Scope Alteration of Waimea College's T Block building Conversion of the building from a classroom into a mixed-use space Delivery of the fit-out to cater to the Southern Health School and the College's PE Department Contract Terms and Conditions Intended contract award (indicative): 15 August 2026 Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted Works are not restricted to school holiday periods Practical completion required prior to 23 October 2026 Works can commence as early as 15 August 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, and contractor availability Site Inspection Site visits are by appointment only.
