Overview The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is seeking a supplier to undertake roof replacement works at the Sargood Centre, 48 Logan Park Drive, Dunedin. About The Sargood Centre is owned by the Dunedin City Council. The building is made up of four sections that were constructed at different times. It currently houses several tenants, including Sport Otago and Otago Polytechnic. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of two sections of roof at the Sargood Centre The work must be undertaken between November 2026 and February 2027 to minimise disruption to the building's tenants.
