Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main roofing contractor for a roofing project at Halsey Drive School, located in Lynnfield, Auckland. Purpose This procurement aims to replace identified portions of the school roofing derived from a recent Condition Assessment and a BOT/Ministry agreed 5YA plan. Multiple partial roof areas were identified as being in need of replacement, requiring removal and disposal of the existing roofing material. Scope The scope includes: Removal and disposal of existing roofing material from identified partial roof areas Replacement of the identified partial roof areas Installation of a small area of guttering Installation of safety mesh in a small area Contract Terms and Conditions Construction period: 16th December 2026 to 29th January 2027
