Overview The Board of Trustees of Ohope Beach School invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Internal Refurbishment and Storage Improvements for Blocks A & B under the Ministry of Education 5YA programme. The works will be delivered under a Medium Works Contract. Scope The scope includes: Internal refurbishment and storage improvements for Blocks A & B Associated demolition and removals Making good works Testing, commissioning and certification Cleaning and handover requirements Asbestos removal works Contractor Requirements Asbestos removal works must be undertaken by appropriately qualified and accredited personnel Relevant experience delivering remediation and renewal works in operational school environments is encouraged Tenderers will be evaluated on methodology, capability, capacity, economic benefits and price Contract Terms and Conditions Works will be delivered under a Medium Works Contract Physical works are scheduled to commence on 18 December 2026 Works must be completed by 29 January 2027
