Scope The scope includes works in Block 1, Rooms 7, 8, 9, and 10, involving replacement of end-of-life carpet, vinyl, and Autex: Remove and dispose of existing carpet Supply and install new carpet tiles, including all floor preparation as required Remove and dispose of existing vinyl Supply and install new vinyl sheet, including all floor preparation as required Remove and dispose of existing Autex Supply and install new Autex, including all wall preparation and paint redecoration as required to walls and skirtings Asbestos assessment and management of ACM to the floor area Make good to areas as required
