Tender for Licence to Occupy

Overview Selwyn District Council is seeking tenders for a Licence to Occupy a parcel of land for a term of 7 years, for pastoral or arable/grazing activities. Scope The scope includes: Licence to Occupy the land for pastoral or arable/grazing activities Provision of own water supply and trough(s), where applicable, as the land is dry land Contractor Requirements The keeping of pigs on the land is prohibited The successful tenderer must supply their own water and trough(s) if required, as the land is dry land Contract Terms and Conditions The Licence to Occupy term is 7 years The successful tenderer is responsible for outgoings, including payment of rates on the land Instructions to Tenderers Tenders must be submitted on the appropriate form contained in the tender pack. Submissions made in the incorrect format will not be accepted. Tenders close strictly at 4pm on Thursday, 6 November 2027.
