Rotorua Lakes Council (RLC) is undertaking a project to upgrade of a Titoki Reserve – Sports Field Development, Devon Street West, Rotorua – 3015 in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and directions of the principal. Site clearing and relocation/storage of boulders on Site during site preparation and construction of specialist sports field surface. Identify, locate and confirm existing services and liaison with service providers as required. Development of Contaminated Site Management Plan (by a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Practitioner) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. Erosion and Sediment controls; Earthworks – associated with the carparking and sport fields. Construction of new accessway, turning head, car parking, raised tables, footpaths and pram crossings including the removal of existing footpath. Construction of vehicle crossing on Titoki Place. Construction of new roundabout on Thebes Street. Construction of new of stormwater swales, pipes, manholes, scruffy domes, stormwater treatment devices, catchpits and modifications and removals to existing stormwater infrastructure. Construction of new stormwater outfalls to Utuhina Stream, including survey of existing embankment and confirming design with engineers, with allowance for existing footpath reinstatement, bank stabilization and riparian planting. Construction of new watermains, water hydrants and water meters. Construction of new wastewater, and modifications to existing wastewater manhole lids, or as required. Installation of new street and car park lighting (design and supply by Pure Lighting). Installation of ducting and cables for street / car park lights and ducting and cabling for field lights. Adjusting utility surface features/lids to suit. Signs and pavement markings. New boundary fence and gate and allowance for additional new boundary fence (and removal). Allow for 500mm high timber pole and top edge (post and rail) around Thebes Street Roundabout (Provisional). Removal of existing gate and reinstatement of existing and/or installation of new gates; and Construction program and other related works as detailed on the Drawings or as advised by the principal associated with completing the Contract Works
