Overview Southland District Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the design, construction, supply, installation and reinstatement works for the Tokanui Toilet Upgrade. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Development of the design documentation and building consent application Submission and management of the building consent Demolition of the existing toilet, including debris removal and disposal to an approved dump site, and reinstatement of affected surrounding areas Supply, installation and delivery of a new two pan turnkey concrete toilet block Installation of new power, water through a new water tank, and sewer and stormwater service connections Levelling the ground beside the toilet and extending the stormwater manhole riser to match Adding a drainage opening in the riser for playground runoff and fitting a dome grate over the manhole inlet Enquiries Contact: Erin Ruxton Phone: 0800732732
