Turanga Level 1 & 4 Alterations

Overview Christchurch City Council is seeking a contractor to carry out alterations to Level 1 and Level 4 of Turanga library. Scope The scope includes: Level 1 (Hapori): removal of the Playdrum and construction of a new Imagination Station, including deconstruction of the old structure Level 1 (Hapori): adjustments to the Babychange room Level 1 (Hapori): adjustment to the Book Tree Level 1 (Hapori): installation of new bespoke seating Level 1 (Hapori): electrical and data installations Level 4 (Auahatanga): modifications to the Creative/Production Studio, including mechanical ventilation and extraction systems Level 4 (Auahatanga): new flooring to the Recreation space Level 4 (Auahatanga): adjustment to lockers Level 4 (Auahatanga): electrical and data installations Staging and timing of works to minimise disruption to library services
