Overview Manukau Institute of Technology requires a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the Phase Three Water Mains Resilience works at the Unitec Mt Albert Campus. Scope The scope includes: Targeted renewal, replacement, modification and installation of water infrastructure Associated civil works Testing and commissioning Reinstatement works As-built documentation Works divided into four Work Packages (WP01–WP04), which define the specific scope and requirements Provision of a complete, end-to-end solution, including all planning, coordination, resources, procurement, construction, and project close-out necessary to deliver the works from commencement through to final handover
