Following evaluation of Tenders, the Principal may select one or more Tenderers for appointment to the Panel in accordance with the Procurement Process Conditions. Contract Terms and Conditions Each successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a Panel Contract with the Principal before becoming eligible to receive Work Orders Appointment to the Panel does not guarantee a Contractor any minimum quantity, value or number of Work Orders Appointment to the Panel does not provide exclusivity Appointment to the Panel does not entitle a Contractor to an equal share of work
