MRC-2026-PRSA-000042 - Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment, PPE Vending Machine Hire and Services Mackay Regional Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for appointment as pre-qualified Supplier(s) for the reliable and continuous supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Council also seeks Tenderers with the capability to provide PPE vending machine hire and associated services, which will be considered as an optional component of this Request for Tender (RFT). The Scope of the required Goods and Services is described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. The objective is to establish a contractual arrangement with Supplier(s) who can consistently deliver high-quality products across a broad range of categories. Successful tenderers will demonstrate the capability to meet Council’s requirements in relation to product range, quality, compliance with relevant standards, value for money, and reliable and timely delivery. This RFT encompasses, but is not limited to, the supply of the following categories: (a) General PPE products (b) First-Aid Supplies (c) Safety Boots (d) (Optional) PPE Vending Machine Hire and Services, including operation, restocking and maintenance. Council may, at its discretion, make an award: (a) award one or more categories to a single Tenderer; (b) award different categories to different Tenderers; (c) award individual goods, services, product groups or pricing schedule items within a category to different Tenderers; or (d) elect not to award any category, item or component.
