RFT250122 - Emerald Council Office Chiller & Chilled Water Cassette Replacement Project - Principal Background Information Central Highland Regional Council (CHRC) Office is located in Emerald at 65 Egerton Street. The building is served by two air cooled chillers of Trane brand. The chiller connects to base building fan coils and air handling units. Cassette units supplement the other units. The chillers and cassette units are ageing and operate on ozone depleting refrigerant and need to be replaced as they are at the end of their serviceable lives with reoccurring outages impacting office staff. Particulars of Goods and Services Central Highland Regional Council is seeking tender submission from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to act as the Principal Contractor for the supply and installation of new chilled water air cooled chiller, cassette units and associated parts and components for the Emerald head office of CHRC. Existing plant to be decommissioned, demolished and disposed off site.
