About this tender
EOI-01988 - Crane Services at Gove Purpose: The Contractor must provide the following services, which include but are not limited to: (a) Supply, operate and maintain a fleet of mobile cranes and ancillary equipment's (b) Provide suitably qualified personnel resources to safely execute all lifting operations, cover all crane movements and align with site Fitness for Work procedures. (c) Provide additional labour and equipment resources to support shutdown activities, as agreed in advance with the Company. Requirements: The Contractor will: (a) supply of all other materials and resources (unless issued by the Company) to facilitate all mobile lifting requirements across the Site. This includes managing cranes, rigging, and any other plant or equipment necessary to undertake these activities. (b) supply equipment and operators for planned and/or breakdown/emergency purposes. This includes the hire of mobile cranes, ancillary equipment and personnel to complete these tasks on a day-to-day basis, supported by a 24/7 response methodology; and (c) The ability to supply additional resources to cover shutdowns and shortfalls in the site-based labour as required. (d) Provide crane support for all onsite breakdowns as required. (e) Provide 4x4 Gove site mine spec vehicle set up to support the crane fleet in the field. (f) Liaise with the area Planners to set up weekly maintenance plans for the teams and then attend these planning meetings. Crane Supply and Operations (a) 2 x Slewing Cranes and 1 x non-Slewing Crane (b) Up to date maintenance records for all equipment, vehicles and attachments and be made available for auditing as requested by the Company representative. (c) Ensuring that the Contractor equipment is serviceable and safe at all times to operate and use. (d) Equipment fitted with access/egress systems and aligned to Working at Heights requirements. (e) supply of all other materials, lifting equipment and resources (unless issued by the Company) to facilitate all mobile lifting requirements across the Site. This includes managing cranes, rigging, and any other plant or equipment necessary to undertake these activities;
