Objectives The core objectives of the Dalby Water Supply Upgrade Project (DWSUP) are: Increase capacity to meet demand for future growth Mitigate against the diminishing reliability and yield, particularly the surface water supply and the shallow alluvial aquifers, of the existing water sources because of changing land use, over allocation of the resources and the impacts of changing climatic conditions Provide resilience against adverse weather conditions and direct flood impacts, as experienced at the existing Loudoun Water Treatment Plant in 2011, and indirect impacts including loss of evaporation pond capacity during high rainfall periods, water main and pump damage, site isolation and power supply failure Scope Delivery of Alluvial Production Bores Package A as part of the Dalby Water Supply Upgrade Project (DWSUP)
