Overview Banana Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the completion of the bulk earthworks package project for the Raedon Street Industrial Subdivision. Scope The scope includes: Mobilisation, site establishment and demobilisation Survey set-out, control, verification and as-constructed survey Clearing, grubbing and removal of vegetation where shown Topsoil stripping, stockpiling, management and respreading Excavation of cut material Sorting, processing, conditioning and reuse of suitable material Placement, moisture conditioning and compaction of fill Benching, proof rolling, trimming and formation preparation Identification, treatment, replacement or disposal of unsuitable material Importation of approved fill where required Haulage and disposal of surplus material Temporary access and haul roads Temporary drainage, dewatering and erosion and sediment control Dust, mud, noise and environmental controls Geotechnical testing, quality records and lot release documentation Protection of existing assets and completed work Reinstatement and rehabilitation Final clean-up Contract Terms and Conditions All works related to this contract must be completed within 120 days after contract award
