Alteration & Additions To Existin Boarding Facilities

Overview Stephen de Jersey Architect Pty Ltd, acting as Project Consultant for Blackheath & Thornburgh College, is seeking expressions of interest from building contractors to register for tender selection for alterations and additions to existing boarding facilities. Scope The scope includes: Refitting of 8 x 20-bed accommodation buildings, including dormitories, amenities, and common areas Construction works completed in 2027 Staging of works so that the Boarding Facilities remain operational throughout construction Information Requested Submissions shall include corporate information, previous project details and project staffing, together with references, sufficient to demonstrate that prospective tenderers have the resources, capability and expertise to satisfactorily complete the works. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages. Instructions to Tenderers Building Contractors wishing to register for tender selection should register their interest with the Project Consultant by COB Tuesday 03 November 2026. The selection of building contractors to tender for the project shall be at the discretion of Blackheath & Thornburgh College.
