About this tender

Overview RoadTek, operating under the Department of Transport and Main Roads (QLD), is undertaking rehabilitation works within the Northern District on the Flinders Highway and Gregory Development Road. A subcontractor is sought to carry out bitumen sealing services as part of these works. Scope The scope includes: Primer seal (AMC7 + 10mm) Double/double seal, 1st coat (S15R & 14mm) Double/double seal, 2nd coat (S15R & 7mm) Topcoat seals placed with a chip spreader Preparation of the existing surface The proposed treatments for each road are detailed in the tender schedule. Works are being undertaken on the following highways: 14A Flinders Highway (Townsville to Charters Towers) 14B Flinders Highway (Townsville to Charters Towers) 98C Gregory Development Road Contract Terms and Conditions Anticipated commencement date: early November Date for practical completion: 30 May 2027
