The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Rectification of the Multipurpose Sports Courts & Partial Demolition of Communication’s Block at Browns Plains State High School, located at 4/30 Ivor Street, Browns Plains QLD 4118, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Programme (TMP). The scope comprises external works to rectify the existing damaged Asphalt recently topped Multipurpose Courts including external drainage works as well as the Partial Demolition of Communication’s Block which will require relocation of the Electrical Distribution Board, Capping of Hydraulic Services, associated Structural Works and External Landscaping. All works are to be completed by November 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 26/06/2026 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
